Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States because the boxes contain dry ice.
Dispatch
Orders paid by 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and federal holidays, ship the next business day. We do not ship Friday to destinations with a two-day or longer transit, to avoid weekend transit; those orders ship Monday.
Rates
- Lower 48: $12.95 flat per box; free when the pre-discount subtotal is $49 or more.
- Alaska and Hawaii: $24.95 flat per box, with additional dry ice.
- Orders over six pizzas ship as multiple boxes for one shipping charge.
Transit and delivery
Typical transit is one business day to the Midwest and most of the lower 48, two to the far West and Northeast, and two to three business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Tracking is sent by text and email. No signature is required; boxes may be left at the door.
Dry ice
Boxes contain dry ice. Do not touch it with bare hands or place it in a sealed container. Leave any remaining dry ice in the open box in a ventilated area until it disappears.
Problems in transit
If a box arrives thawed, damaged or late beyond the estimated window, contact us within 24 hours with a photo. See Refunds & Cancellations.
