Yes. Every new customer gets 70% off the menu price of all pizzas in their first order, up to $120 of discount. It is applied automatically at checkout, one per household and shipping address, and cannot be combined with other promotions. We may withdraw the offer at any time; this site shows the current terms.

Every box ships with dry ice sized for 48 hours of transit. Pizzas arrive frozen solid. If one arrives soft or warm, send a photo within 24 hours and we reship or refund.

Oven at 425°F, pizza straight from the freezer onto the middle rack, 12–14 minutes. Deep dish: 25–28 minutes at 400°F in its pan. Do not thaw first. A card with these times is in every box.

Overnight to most of the lower 48 after dispatch, two days to the far West and Northeast corners, 2–3 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Order by 2 PM CT Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch.

$12.95 flat per box in the lower 48, free when your pre-discount subtotal is $49 or more. Alaska and Hawaii are $24.95.

Up to six 14″ pizzas or four deep dish. Larger orders ship as two boxes with one shipping charge.

Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and add a gift note; no prices are printed on the box. We recommend giving them a heads-up so the box does not sit outside all day.

No signature is required. The insulated box keeps pizzas frozen for several hours after delivery, even in summer.

90 days in a home freezer. Do not refreeze after thawing.

All pizzas contain wheat and milk. Meat pizzas contain pork unless marked. Full ingredient lists are printed on each pizza sleeve and available by email on request.

Until 2 PM CT on the day it ships, free. After it has shipped, it cannot be recalled, but our refund policy still covers anything that arrives damaged or thawed.

We are a shipping kitchen, not a restaurant, and there is no pickup window. Chicagoland orders ship the same way and arrive the next day.
