Does it arrive frozen?
Every box ships with dry ice sized for 48 hours. Pizzas arrive frozen solid; if one ever arrives soft, send us a photo and we reship or refund.
How do I cook it?
Oven at 425°F, pizza straight from the freezer onto the middle rack, 12 to 14 minutes. Deep dish takes 25 minutes at 400°F. A reheat card is in every box.
Do you ship to my state?
